Fordingbridge sling meet has bookable 10 minute appointments available throughout the meet for troubleshooting or help in finding a sling or carrier with one of our trained peer supporters.

One booking required per baby/child not per parent

Returning a sling? – no need to book unless you want to look at another carrier. 

4th Trimester support

Pregnant or have a newborn/baby less than 3 months old?

We highly recommend you book onto the 10:15 slot if you have a baby less than 3 months old – this gives us the maximum amount of time to see you and also the chance for you to meet other mums with babies the same age.

The 4th Trimester slot at 10:15am

Includes a mini talk & demo, how to use a stretchy wrap and give you the opportunity to try and hire for 3 months for just £15. Other carriers are available for newborns however stretchy wraps are super snuggly! 

All normal sling hires are £15 for one month. Payments to be made by contactless card payment or via bank transfer ONLY.

When you book – you will be asked for some information about you and your baby – why you want to hire/experience/medical needs etc. 

Can you spare 2 hours a month? 

We are always looking for more volunteers to help at meets, if you are interested please speak to one of the volunteers on the day or send us an email.

Volunteers normally start doing admin for us then can be offered the opportunity to undertake their peer supporter training. Perks are free sling hire after your commitment is secured and making new friends with like minded parents.
